Sonotone Model 34 "Sonette" ITE Hearing Aid

This Sonotone Model 34 ITE hearing aid, also known as the "Sonette" was produced in 1970 by Sonotone International, Inc. of Ossining, NY.

The overall dimensions of the body of the aid are 5/8" by ˝" by 3/8".

Better described as an At-The-Ear hearing aid, its receiver or transducer was externally connected by wire and covered with a soft plastic material. This part was inserted in the ear canal with the body of the aid just inside the pinna.
