Amplivox "Magnavox" Transistor (Body) Hearing Aid The Amplivox "Magnavox" was a 6 transistor hearing aid produced by Amplivox Ltd. of Middlesex, England in 1969. It was wider at the top and measured 3 1/8" by 2" (top, 1⅝" bottom) by ¾". It weighed 3½ oz. without the battery. It's stainless steel case almost covered its black plastic chassis.
