Hearing Aid Batteries

Zenith No. Z-1 Hearing Aid "A" Battery

This Zenith No. Z-1 1˝ volt hearing aid "A" battery was used in Zenith vacuum tube hearing aids in the 1940s.

It weighed 6˝ oz., and measured 3⅞" in height by 1⅜" in diameter.

This battery was paired with a Zenith Z-30 45 volt "B" battery in 2-piece vacuum tube hearing aids.
